We strive to provide accurate, up-to-date information about all attractions, pricing, and availability, though we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy due to the dynamic nature of the tourism industry.

2.1 Special Offers and Promotions

We regularly offer promotional discounts, including our signature 50% discount for first-time customers who complete their booking within one hour of initial inquiry. All promotional offers are subject to terms and conditions specific to each promotion, availability, and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

When you make a booking through our platform, you enter into a contract with both Dubai Family Tours and the respective attraction operator. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the attraction provider.

3.1 Payment Processing

3.2 Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified. Prices include applicable taxes and service fees where mentioned.
